Bravo Boss is seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team in Malang or those willing to relocate. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality WordPress-based websites for our clients. This position requires a deep understanding of WordPress development, best practices, and the latest technologies. 

Responsibilities:

Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins according to client specifications. 

Collaborate with design and development teams to integrate front-end and back-end functionality. 

Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and fix issues prior to deployment. 

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for WordPress websites, addressing troubleshooting and bugs. 

Optimize website performance and implement speed optimization techniques. 

Configure and customize WooCommerce functionalities to enhance user experience. 

Stay current with WordPress trends and best practices to ensure best-in-class solutions. 

Create and implement innovative solutions in collaboration with product management and engineering teams. 

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design improvements.

Requirements:

– Minimal 5 years of experience with WordPress such as PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

– Familiarity with WordPress frameworks such as Elementor, Gutenberg, and Divi. 

– Experience in speed optimization and WooCommerce configuration. 

– Knowledge of GitHub and Jira for project management.
