Responsibility :
- Develop creative KOL strategies that connect with Kuy Studio’s core audience (students, young professionals, and local communities). Work closely with the creative team on campaign decks and pitching ideas.
- Manage the entire KOL process: from researching and identifying potential partners, reaching out, negotiating, and coordinating campaigns to post-campaign reporting.
- Scout and curate UGC: actively identify, collect, and repurpose authentic student content (photos, TikToks, Reels, testimonials) into Kuy Studio’s campaigns.
- Conduct research and analyze insights to choose the most effective KOLs based on engagement, relevance, and potential to drive studio bookings.
- Write clear, inspiring briefs so KOLs can produce content that feels natural, fun, and aligned with youth culture.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative team, and operations teams to ensure KOL+UGC campaigns match Kuy Studio promotions and seasonal events.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs, campus groups, and local media partners.
- Track campaign performance using clear KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, UGC volume, and bookings.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in KOL or community management, ideally with campaigns focused on students or lifestyle brands.
- A wide network or database of students and influencers/KOL communities.
- A portfolio of successful KOL campaigns (required — applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
- Good knowledge of branding and how to make a youth brand exciting, loved, and FOMO-driven.
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to pitch and explain ideas clearly.
- Active on social media and updated with TikTok, Instagram, and campus trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Strong organizational skills and able to deliver under pressure.
