Responsibility :
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual customers and business clients (B2C & B2B)
- Lead end-to-end business partnership processes: from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, to implementation
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to plan and execute customer-focused campaigns
- Represent the company in external meetings, events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and build strategic alliances
- Provide market insights, trend analysis, and business development reports for internal stakeholders
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or relationship management (preferably in retail, creative, and hospitality)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset in identifying growth opportunities
- Comfortable working with sales/partnership targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proficient in digital tools such as CRM systems, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as startups or lifestyle brands
