Digital Marketing Officer
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Officer to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. Experience with lead generation campaigns is highly desired.
Job Responsibilities
– Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
– Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
– Manage all aspects of B2B marketing campaigns including search, display, paid social and retargeting
– Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall online visibility
– Develop and implement strategies to drive qualified traffic to the website through various digital channels including organic search, social media, email, and referral sources
– Create compelling and persuasive copy for website pages, blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements. Ensure all copy is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand voice, messaging, and objectives
– Customer journey development including retargeting, nurture and lead scoring
– Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
– Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
– Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
– Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
– Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Job Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
– 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, website traffic generation, copywriting, and email marketing (preferably)
– Proven track record of improving search engine rankings, increasing website traffic, and driving conversions through digital marketing efforts
– Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Search Console
– Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, SEO-friendly content for various digital channels
– Creative flair, originality, and a strong eye for visual composition
– Strong computer skills with significant experience with graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel, Freehand, 3D, etc)
– Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media and online analytics
