Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Fullstack Engineer to join our team and build a cutting-edge platform for creating customizable AI-powered customer service agents. This platform will enable users to design and deploy tailored AI agents that provide personalized customer interactions. Each agent can be configured to serve different customer service needs, styles, and sales approaches.
- As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our platform by integrating OpenAI’s GPT models and ensuring seamless user experiences for our clients. You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver a scalable and feature-rich product.
Responsibilities
- Integrate OpenAI’s GPT models for generating AI-driven responses.
- Develop APIs to manage and customize individual AI customer service agents.
- Implement features to tune agent behavior (language style, politeness, and selling approach).
- Build a robust system for storing and retrieving agent configurations and user data securely.
- Ensure the backend is scalable and optimized for real-time AI interactions
- Create an intuitive dashboard for users to design and configure their AI agents.
- Implement real-time previews for AI agent behavior and language styles.
- Develop a user-friendly interface for monitoring agent performance and analytics
- Work closely with the product team to translate user needs into technical features.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the platform is visually appealing and easy to use.
Requirements
- Familiarity with OpenAI GPT API integration or similar LLMs.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into applications.
- Understanding of model tuning for behavior customization.
- Proficiency in Nodejs (Expressjs or NestJS)
- Experience with API development and real-time communication.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vuejs, React, or Angular).
- Proficiency in mongoDB

- Familiarity with prompt engineering for GPT models.
- Experience with conversational AI design.
- Background in customer service tools or CRM systems.
