Job Responsibilities
🔹 HR Responsibilities:

- Handle payroll processing, employee benefits, and HR policies.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce HR policies aligned with company objectives and labor laws.
- Provide support in performance management and employee development programs.
🔹 Legal Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, vendor agreements, and company policies.
- Conduct legal research related to labor law, contracts, and intellectual property.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and industry regulations.
- Support dispute resolution and provide legal guidance on HR-related issues.
- Collaborate with external legal advisors when necessary.
