Job Description:

  1. Leading talent acquisition and employer branding strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier candidates aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
  2. Streamlining end-to-end recruitment processes—from workforce planning, sourcing, and interviewing, to onboarding—to ensure a seamless candidate experience and optimal hiring outcomes.
  3. Enhancing the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), company values, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
  4. Developing and refining HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems for efficiency and scalability.
  5. Managing 360-degree feedback, performance reviews, and employee engagement programs to boost satisfaction.
  6. Leading training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and productivity.
  7. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
  8. Overseeing compensation, benefits, and well-being programs to support employee welfare.
  9. Managing HR operations, including employee data, documentation, and analytics for strategic decisions.
  10. Implementing retention strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen long-term engagement.
