Job Description:

Kismo Coffee House is looking for a creative and detail-oriented In-House Photographer/Videographer to capture the essence of our café, products, and events through compelling visuals. You will be responsible for producing high-quality photos and videos that align with our brand identity for social media, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for social media and any other promotional materials.
• Capture high-quality images and videos of food, beverages, ambiances, and special events at Kismo Coffee House.
• Develop creative concepts for content that align with the brand’s aesthetics and engage our audience.
• Manage and maintain photography/videography equipment and props.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance visual appeal, while ensuring consistency with the brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and shareable content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest photography and videography trends, social media trends, and best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Organize and maintain a digital archive of photos and videos for easy access and future use.

Job Requirements:

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a photographer/videographer (preferably in food, lifestyle, or commercial photography).
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management, comunicational, and organizational skills.
• Creativity with a strong eye for aesthetics, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enhance brand message through visuals.
• Familiarity with the café or F&B industry and its trends is a plus.
