Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related fields (Psychology preferred).
• Have an experience in handling or designing events.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Description

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• HR Administration: Prepare employment contracts, employee data management, and maintain personnel files.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and salary payments.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits, compensation packages, and performance management.
• Event Management: Design, plan, and execute company events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and provide HR support.
• Data Analysis: Provide HR metrics and insights to support business decisions.
• Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Special Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and organizational development.
