IT Support
Responsibilities
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems (Linux, MacOS & Windows) , VoIP, networks (WAN, WLAN & LAN)
• Monitor Mikrotik Router and Switch ( ISP link, Trafic, Routing, Firewall, Queue, Looping detection)
• Report any networking issue
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person, over the chat platform or by the phone)
• Creating accounts / access for new joiner : Email, Office 365 Wagiman, Finger Print, Slack and Quip.
• Provide, help and setup IT equipments for event. (eg laptop, projector, sound system, TV, etc)
• Testing new technology
• Update IT Asset documentation
• Preventive maintenance every month
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
• Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows, Linux, and macOS)
• Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals
• Familiar setup and configuration of Network devices such as firewall, switch, router, IP phones, wireless controller, and access points using Fortinet, Unifi, and Mikrotik.
• Familiar setup and configuration Active Directory, and network-attached storage (NAS).
• Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures
• Has passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions
• Good Attitude, interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
