Key Responsibilities

1. Develop project charters, scope statements, schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans.

2. Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and coaching.

3. Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.

4. Communicate project progress to stakeholders.

5. Ensure projects meet quality standards.

6. Manage project budgets.

7. Track project progress.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in web development projects.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project).

7. Knowledge of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

8. Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

9. Understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
