Job Description:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) with a focus on Web Development to ensure our digital products meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, and user experience. You will be responsible for testing websites, web applications, and features across various devices and browsers, identifying bugs, and verifying fixes before release.

Key Responsibilities:

Test websites and web applications for bugs, usability issues, responsiveness, and performance.

Ensure proper functionality across multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and checklists based on product requirements and user stories.

Identify, document, and track bugs or inconsistencies using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.

Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.

Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure new code doesn’t break existing features.

Perform basic testing of APIs, forms, user flows, and third-party integrations.

Help maintain documentation of testing procedures and quality control processes.

Job Qualifications:

Must-Have:

1–3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably in web or software development.

Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.

Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web performance issues.

Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to write clear and concise bug reports and communicate effectively with the development team.
