Requirements:
- Nutritionist with minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing industry and or FMCG company.
- Strong interest in food and health trends, with in-depth knowledge of functional foods.
- Capable of conducting comprehensive research on the nutritional composition of products, including macronutrients, micronutrients, and other bioactive compounds contributing to overall nutritional value.
- Possesses analytical skills, including the ability to conduct stability, efficacy, and safety testing of products.
- Able to adapt quickly to rapid changes.
- Strong analytical thinking and scientific problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of BPOM, HALAL, GMP, and ISO regulations and industry standards.
- Good written and oral presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong cross-functional team player.
- Able to work on-site.
Job description:
- Product development, formulation/reformulation, and documentation.
- Work with the Plant Manager to prepare and complete the documents needed to meet facility regulations and standards (such as BPOM, Halal, GMP, ISO, etc.).
- Supervise production trial with R&D Manager.
- Define QC parameters for product approval and release with R&D Manager.
- Nutrition labeling compliance with BPOM.
- Building scientific evidence to support nutrition claims for new and existing products (product knowledge, product FAQ, etc).
- Cultivate an innovative mindset – Following scientific literature, especially in the functional food business and help translate these into new product & project ideas.
