Scope of Work

• Requirements Analysis. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Documentation & Solution Design. Create BRD, use cases, flowcharts, wireframes, and functional specs.
• Stakeholder Coordination. Act as a liaison between business users, developers, QA, and PM.
• UAT & QA Support. Prepare test scenarios, assist in UAT, and analyze test results.
• Improvement & Change Management. Recommend process improvements and manage requirement changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in mid-to-large scale IT projects.

Technical Skills

• Tools: UML/BPMN (Visio, Draw.io), Wireframe tools (Figma, Balsamiq), JIRA/Confluence.
• Proficient in writing BRD, SRS, and UAT scenarios.
• Familiar with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and  technical knowledge (SQL/API).
